Do you have type 2 diabetes? - you are 30 days away from a cure...

1 in 5 Americans are either pre-diabetic or diabetic...
That's 62 million people.

According to the American Diabetes Association there is no cure and it has to be managed with diet and drugs forever.

The movie Super-Size Me showed how eating a McDonald's diet only, for 30 days, caused Morgan Spurlock, the actor and producer of the documentary, to become over weight and he developed signs that his heart and liver were being severly damged.

See the first 10 minutes of his movie... And the last 9 minutes and you will get the point.

NOW!!! The amazing thing...
According to a new documentary that just came out called 30 Days Raw, a raw food diet can reverse diabetes in the same 30 days. These were insulin dependent diabetics. It only took 4 days to not need insulin, and see what happened by the last day.

The first couple of articles or videos this week are devoted to this belief.

YOU MUST SEE THEM...

I have written before that Dr. Pottenger conclusively found that cats fed a totally cooked food diet, die out in 3 generations.

I will also highlight some foods and nutraceuticals that have been shown to be effective in treating type 2 diabetes.

Remember...

It's never too late to become younger...

Curing Diabetes with (Raw Food For 30 Days)... VIDEO
The mission statement before the 30 day test... It's always been said that "You are what you Eat", and one of the greatest physicist Walter Russell points out that you must eat "Fresh and Alive Raw Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts" or Foods in general. Because in physics he understood energy, he understood not only the laws which newton understood (The apple falls off the Tree to the Ground), but he also understood the second half of the laws which newton did not (The apple decays back into the ether and is sent back UP). Therefor in a nutshell the great physicist will tell you, Fresh and Alive Foods are the Only foods we should be eating. Well I believe this is applicable for not only reversing Diabetes but All Diseases Including Cancer.
Six McDonalds-munching Americans eat 100% vegan live foods for a month. Medical results are fantastic. Doctors and experts are interviewed including Gabriel Cousens, MD and David Wolfe. Raw for 30-Days Raw for 30-Days will document the journey of five Americans suffering from Adult Onset Type II Diabetes, who undergo a radical 30-day diet and lifestyle change in the hope of reversing or reducing their insulin dependence. The film will show the eating habits that led to the development of this disease and will suggest an alternative approach to living and eating, one in which foods can heal and hold the potential to reverse Diabetes. We will recruit subjects who have been subsisting on a standard American junk food diet and who are now insulin dependent and Diabetic. Those selected will journey to the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Arizona to undergo a 30-day health regimen consisting of 100% raw organic living foods that are purported to heal Diabetes. We will select a diverse group of subjects, representative of the different segments of the population most affected by this epidemic. Examples include a Native American from a Reservation, an African American from an urban Northeast city, a Mexican American living in the western US and a Caucasian person from the mid-west or a Southern city such as Chattanooga, TN.

High Glycemic Foods Damage Arteries ...
(NaturalNews) Anyone interested in healthy and nutritious foods has probably heard that whole grains are far better for you than the processed variety like white bread and sugar-laden cereals. There are several reasons for this, including the fact whole foods tend to be richer in fiber and they also have low glycemic indexes. That means they keep blood sugar and insulin levels steady without wide fluctuations. But a new study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology concludes there's another important reason to avoid high glycemic foods like white bread and corn flakes. For the first time, scientists have documented how eating these foods can directly damage artery walls and cause cardiac problems. "It's very hard to predict heart disease," Dr. Michael Shechter of Tel Aviv University's Sackler School of Medicine and the Heart Institute of Sheba Medical Center, said in a statement to the media. "But doctors know that high glycemic foods rapidly increase . Those who binge on these foods have a greater chance of sudden death from heart attack. Our research connects the dots, showing the link between diet and what's happening in real time in the arteries."

Common Table Grapes Reduce Blood Pressure, Repair Heart Damage ...
(NaturalNews) The consumption of regular table grapes may lower blood pressure and improve heart health better than drugs, according to a study conducted by researchers from the University of Michigan Cardiovascular Center in Ann Arbor, and published in the Journal of Gerontology: Biological Sciences.Researchers fed a powdered combination of green, red and black table grapes to lab rats there were consuming either a high- or low-salt diet. After 18 weeks, the cardiovascular health of these rats was compared to rats that had eaten either an equivalent diet supplemented with the blood pressure medication hydrazine rather than powdered grapes, or rats that had eaten the diet without any additions. All rats in the study were genetically predisposed to develop high blood pressure when fed a high-salt diet.

Vitamin C: There May Be a Modern Chronic Deficiency...
(NaturalNews) Vitamin C. Mmmm . . . maybe you think of a tall glass of Florida orange juice. Or maybe you grab it at the beginning of the cold season. But would you associate it with cardiovascular disease (CVD) or cancer? Maybe you should. According to an article published in October 2007, in the Journal of Nutrition, there is accumulating scientific evidence that very large (therapeutic) doses of vitamin C may be effective in treating both CVD and cancer. In addition, some scientists have hypothesized that the onset of these common degenerative diseases may actually be due to a vitamin C deficiency in the general population. Dr. Steven Hickey and Dr. Hilary Roberts with the Vitamin C Foundation and authors of the book 'Ascorbate: the Science of Vitamin C', have gone so far as to suggest that heart disease is actually a chronic form of the vitamin C deficiency disease called scurvy.
