Here we go again, this is getting ridicules...

Again this week we have yet another study designed to get you to stop taking worthless supplements and blindly follow the loving hand of Conventional Medicine. As I have been reporting to you for over 3 years, researchers are convinced the recommended daily allowance of vitamin D of 400 IU's is grossly inadequate and needs to be at least 3 times higher if not 6.

Notice below the most recent study using low dosages of D, and trying to counter the other study done in 2007.

Do they think we are idiots???

Unfortunately most people don't read the details of studies done and just react to media hype as in gets reported.

Stay young as you age...

Calcium Plus Vitamin D Supplementation Is Not Associated With A Reduced Breast Cancer Risk...
ScienceDaily (Nov. 22, 2008) — Taking calcium and vitamin D supplements does not reduce breast cancer incidence in postmenopausal women, according to data from a randomized, doubled-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
Several observational and preclinical studies have suggested that vitamin D supplements may reduce breast cancer risk, but results have been inconsistent.
To test this possibility, researchers evaluated breast cancer incidence as a secondary endpoint in the Women's Health Initiative study in 36,282 postmenopausal women who were randomly assigned to take 1,000 mg of calcium plus 400 IU of vitamin D daily or to daily placebo. (The primary endpoint of the study was effect of the supplements on hip fracture.) Baseline 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were determined in all 1,067 breast cancer cases and 1,067 matched control subjects.

New research shows vitamin D slashes risk of cancers by 77 percent; cancer industry refuses to support cancer prevention ...
Exciting new research conducted at the Creighton University School of Medicine in Nebraska has revealed that supplementing with vitamin D and calcium can reduce your risk of cancer by an astonishing 77 percent. This includes breast cancer, colon cancer, skin cancer and other forms of cancer. This research provides strong new evidence that vitamin D is the single most effective medicine against cancer, far outpacing the benefits of any cancer drug known to modern science. The study involved 1,179 healthy women from rural Nebraska. One group of women was given calcium (around 1500 mg daily) and vitamin D (1100 IU daily) while another group was given placebo. Over four years, the group receiving the calcium and vitamin D supplements showed a 60 percent decrease in cancers. Considering just the last three years of the study reveals an impressive 77 percent reduction in cancer due to supplementation.
(The full press release of this study is included below. It provides more details about the findings.)
Note that these astonishing effects were achieved on what many nutritionists consider to be a low dose of vitamin D.
