This week I am focusing on new information on just how powerful vitamin K2 is on bone health and preventing cardiovascular disease. If K2 were a drug it would be one of the most prescribed drugs on earth. It's great news that it is just a vitamin that can be found in certain foods, but even more powerful when taken as a supplement.
In one of these videos, Dr. Leon Schurgers tells us of a study that shows for every 10 mcgs of K2 ingested in the body, there was a 10% reduction in cardiovascular disease. 100 mcgs a day would effectively mean 0 cardiovascular disease could be possible. WOW...
