This Weeks HealthBlogger 01-10-14

THE DECADE OF REVERSING AGING...

Enjoy this week's cutting edge research and begin to take charge of your own health.

Are you unsure of what you should eat?
Diet is confusing.   Should you eat Paleo, Atkins, Mediterranean, or should you be a vegetarian.
Here are some guidelines to help you see what will work best for you, using Nutrigenomics and our inherited genes, via blood types.

In my practice, I recommend that my clients do strict Paleo for 1 month, and then add slowly back in what may be allowed based on their blood type.  Usually 3 days of testing will let your body know, what you can get away with. But honestly, all GMO's and most grains are best removed, as well as regular milk.  Fermented dairy can be the exception.  I don't recommend anyone be a strict vegetarian.  cw

Profits from these recommendations are used to keep HealthBlogger free to those who read it and appreciate the time and research that goes into these posts. It has been my experience over the last 35 years that if I offer reports and research without product recommendations, you will most likely pay more at the local health food store and may not get the right product or the quality you would expect. I only recommend companies I respect and order from myself. I consider this a value added service that I offer along with the research. If you find this a conflict of interest, please don't order from my links.
